Croatian collective, Numen / For Use created an interactive installation in Bute Park, Cardiff. Stretched between tree trunks like a giant spiders web or impossible cocoon, TAPE was a network of people-sized tunnels hanging in the air.
Numen artist Sven Joke and a dedicated team of local volunteers worked over two weeks, carefully layering transparent sticky tape into an artwork strong enough to carry human weight.
Over 74,000 people experienced TAPE with over 10,000 crawling inside.
The TAPE material was recycled using an innovative process and made into wildflower planters.
A partnership between Migrations, RSPB Cymru and City of Cardiff Council.
